Do you have an iPhone or Android? If you use Android, at the very right bottom of the screen is a cross. Click it and click settings. “Box” will be listed there
Right hand bottom of your screen tap the button that looks like an X. Once you push it you should see a settings button once you push it you will see what you are looking for in the lower right column.
