If you get an error message when trying to redeem a code, the code has either expired, you’ve typed it incorrectly, or you are not eligible to receive its rewards.
So far, we haven’t observed any gift codes for the Global version of Arknights, only the Chinese version.
Furthermore, we haven’t noticed a way to redeem codes in the Global version, only the Chinese version.

There is currently no known way of redeeming gift codes in the Global version of Arknights.
You can, however, redeem codes on the Chinese version of Arknights.
To redeem gift codes on the Chinese version of Arknights, go to the Hypergryph Exchange Code Redemption Website.
Log in to your Chinese Arknights account.
Type in an active exchange code and click redeem.
Claim your rewards in your mailbox in the game.

What are gift codes
