If you get the error message, “This redemption code has not been found.” when typing in a gift code, make sure you’ve written it as below with the same letter capitalization.
If you keep receiving the error message, the code has expired, or you aren’t eligible to receive it.

How to redeem gift codes
To redeem gift codes in Guns of Glory, head to your Kingdom or Estate and press your profile icon in the top left corner.
Inside your Lord Profile, press the Settings icon in the right-side menu.
Press Gift Codes in the menu and type in an active gift code in the ‘Enter your Gift Code here’ field.
After typing in an active code, press Redeem Code, and the reward will be sent to your mailbox.
To claim the reward from your mailbox, head back to your Kingdom or Estate, and press Mail in the bottom menu.
Select the Gift Code Rewards mail and press Collect.
