Fairy Rings are arguably one of the most useful things for players to unlock and utilize in Old School RuneScape.

Granting the ability to teleport all over the game, Fairy Rings are essential to account progression, regardless if you are doing bossing, questing, skilling, or anything else.

Using Fairy Rings can be tricky when you’re first starting. In this article, I will discuss how to use Fairy Rings, as well as the minimum requirements to use them in Old School RuneScape!

Fairy Rings can be used in OSRS after partial completion of the “Fairytale II – Cure a Queen” quest. While equipping a Dramen’s staff/ Lunar’s staff, you can click on a Fairy Ring to access their teleport menu. Once you change the dials to the desired location, you can use them to teleport.

How to Use Fairy Rings in OSRS

Using Fairy Rings in Old School RuneScape is essential for players who need to traverse around Gielinor with ease. Thankfully, being able to use them does not have many requirements.

For starters, you need partial completion of the “Fairytale II – Cure a Queen” quest up to the point where you unlock Fairy Rings.

This only requires completion of “Fairytale I – Growing Pains,” as well as 40 Thieving, 49 Farming, and 57 Herblore.

Once you unlock them, you can go up to any of the Fairy Rings throughout the world and click on them to open their destination menu.

Unless you have completed the Elite Lumbridge & Draynor Achievement Diary, you will need to have a Dramen staff/Lunar staff equipped to use the Fairy Rings.

Here, you can switch the different dials to change where you will end up.

There are dozens of different locations where you can teleport to, so it is best to save your favorite locations so you don’t have to keep scrolling through each of them.
