However, it’s impossible to sleep if you’re outside foraging or being chased by the undead. In those cases, vitamins play an essential role.

The primary function of vitamins is to provide energy, thus reducing fatigue. It’s also straightforward to absorb vitamins, as you just need to right-click on it and select “Take Pills”.

As an item used to prevent the negative effects of fatigue, taking vitamins can:

  • Regenerate your endurance
  • Increase body heat generation
  • Increase vision cone

Each vitamin contains 10 units, meaning you can use it 10 times. Taking vitamins is highly recommended when you need to cover long distances or cope with hordes of zombies.

Each unit of vitamin reduces tiredness by 2%. And you can use vitamins even when you’re not tired, as they cause no harmful effects.

Assume that you suffer from a Drowsy moodle, which means your current state of tiredness is between 60% to 69%, then you need to consume 5 units of vitamin to eliminate this moodle.

While each stage of tiredness increases at a threshold of 60%/70%/80%/90% respectively, the amount of vitamins you need to eliminate them is from 5 to 20 units.
