Stake is now one of the largest online gambling sites and by far the largest crypto casino.

For a long time, Stake only had its global site, Stake.com, which was not accessible from all countries.

Now, they also have a US version of their site, Stake.us, along with their UK version, which was released a while back.

When you try to access Stake.com from the US, you will now be met with the message, “Sorry, Stake.com isn’t available in your region, but Stake.us is!”.

If you want to access Stake.com instead of Stake.us while you’re in the United States, you have to use a VPN. We recommend using ExpressVPN and setting your location to Canada, Luxembourg, or Mexico. You can set it to any other country that is not blocked from Stake.com, though.

Get ExpressVPN With 49% Discount Button

You can get ExpressVPN through the button above or through this link to get a 49% discount on a 12-month plan.

Without a VPN, you’ll be prompted and redirected to Stake.us, the US version of Stake, when trying to access Stake.com in the US.

In case you don’t have an account on Stake yet, we recommend using the Stake.com site if you’re not in the US and the Stake.us version if you’re based in the US.

You can sign up through the button above, which will automatically give you a 10% rakeback bonus or 5% rakeback bonus, depending on whether you sign up for Stake.com or Stake.us. The button above redirects you based on your current geographical location.

You can manually use code ‘rakeback10’ for Stake.com and code ‘rakeback5’ for Stake.us to get the same 10% rakeback on Stake.com and 5% rakeback bonus on Stake.us.

How to play on Stake.com instead of Stake.us in the United States

For a long time, Stake did not allow any players from the United States, so you had to use a VPN to access it from there.

They have now released a US version of their site, however, so people in the United States can play on Stake – called Stake.us. We recommend signing up for the US version if you’re based in the USA.

If you, for some reason, however, wish to play on Stake.com instead of Stake.us, you can do so by using a VPN. We recommend using ExpressVPN for this purpose, as that’s the VPN we’ve tested on Stake.

Here are the steps you need to take to access Stake.com instead of Stake.us:

  1. Get ExpressVPN.
  2. Open the ExpressVPN app.
  3. Click the button that says “Selected Location” and a country.
  4. In the VPN Locations menu, click search for either Canada, Luxembourg, or Mexico and select the country.
  5. Click the activate button above the “Not Connected” text and wait for ExpressVPN to change your location.
  6. Your location is now set to the selected country, and you can access Stake.com without being redirected to Stake.us.
Accessing Stake.com from the US with VPN

The reason why we recommend you set your location to one of these countries is, first and foremost, that they are not blocked from accessing Stake.com, but most games on Stake are unlocked in these countries.

For those who have not yet created an account on either Stake.com or Stake.us, you can use the following bonus codes upon signing up:

  • Stake.com bonus code: rakeback10 (10% rakeback)
  • Stake.us bonus code: rakeback5 (5% rakeback)

While you can get a higher bonus when signing up for Stake.com, we still recommend new players in the US to sign up for Stake.us, as it’s created for players in the country.

Once you reach higher VIP tiers on the site, you will get a higher rakeback %, so the promo code won’t make any difference at that point, only in the beginning.

That’s how to access Stake.com instead of Stake.us in the United States!
