How long does it take to reach level 50 in Lost Ark?

It takes around 25 hours to reach level 50 in Lost Ark for the average player who isn’t power-leveling through the game. Those who focus exclusively on leveling up quickly can reach level 50 in less than 15 hours.

The approximately 25 hours to reach level 50 is for those who follow the main story and questline while completing sidequests and side objectives along the way.

When you reach level 50, you won’t have completed the main questline, which you need to do before you unlock raids and chaos dungeons. Therefore, you’re looking at around 5 hours of gameplay after reaching level 50 before you unlock raids and chaos dungeons, depending on how much content you skipped while leveling.

There are tons of things to do on your journey in leveling to 50, including objects for the Adventurer’s Tome and Collectibles.

Most people prefer to do both whatever objectives and sidequests they happen to encounter while leveling up, so they don’t have to go back and do them again later.

Contrary to what you would believe, it is faster to ignore all sidequests when leveling up to 50, even though sidequests are in the same area and destination as the main quests.

The reason why it’s faster to ignore sidequests is that they make you complete main quests a bit slower, and sidequests give far less XP than main quests.

However, again, most players prefer just doing sidequests and side objectives while leveling to 50, as they get to experience more of the world and don’t have to come back and complete quests that they could have done while leveling.

What is the maximum level in Lost Ark?

The maximum level in Lost Ark is 60.

Many players believe that level 50 is the maximum level in Lost Ark, as that’s when you unlock all the end-game content. However, that’s not true. The max level is 60.

Though the maximum level in Lost Ark is 60, there isn’t much incentive to level past 50, as the XP requirement from 50 to 60 is enormous, and the rewards aren’t significant.

Furthermore, you’re strong enough to take on raids and special dungeons from level 50, so you don’t need to keep leveling after reaching 50, and that’s why most people don’t.

From levels 50 to 60, you get skill points upon leveling up each time, but you don’t unlock any other content in the game.

How long does it take to reach max level in Lost Ark?

It takes hundreds of hours of gameplay to reach level 60, the maximum level in Lost Ark. The XP requirements to level up from 50 to 60 jump enormously from 1 to 50.

There isn’t any way to quickly level to 60 in the game, and it isn’t worth prioritizing after reaching level 50 either.

The vast majority of your power progression after reaching level 50 comes from acquiring new gear and engravings.

Leveling up further than level 50 is nowhere near the most efficient thing to do in terms of getting stronger.

As leveling up past 50 isn’t something you should focus on, you won’t see many players actively trying to level up. You will gain some levels after a while without trying as you raid, complete objectives, etc.

Some players reported playing actively several hours per day on average for a couple of months and only being in the 55-56 level range.

Every level up from 50 to 60 gives you extra skill points, but with the amount of time it takes to level up, you can see why you’re much better off not focusing on leveling after reaching level 50.

That’s how long it takes to reach level 50 and the maximum level in Lost Ark!
