How Much Xp to Get to Level 99 in OSRS

When it comes to leveling up in OSRS, the number of experience points (better known as “Xp” or sometimes “Exp”) needed to reach the next level increases the higher you go.

Like most MMORPGs, the number of experience points needed is usually based on a calculation.

In Old School RuneScape, the number of experience points to reach the next level grows by 10% of the previous one.

At level 1, you only need 83xp to reach level 2. This is the same for every skill in the game.

If we were to continue all the way to 99, increasing by 10% for every level, the total amount of experience needed would be a whopping 13,034,431.

Occasionally, you may see jokes/references about players in RuneScape saying that “92 is half of 99”.

This is because the amount of experience needed to reach level 92 is nearly the same amount to reach levels 92-99.

That is the amount of experience needed to reach level 99 in Old School RuneScape!
