How to Change Your Culture in Bannerlord
There is absolutely no normal way to change your culture in Bannerlord in-game after you have started the game.
However, if your character is male, you can change the culture of your clan by marrying a woman of the desired culture.
In Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord, the children of two individuals will always have the culture of the mother.
This means that if you want to change your culture through normal, in-game mechanics, you need to make children from a different culture and then take over as them later in your playthrough.

How to Change the Culture of a Settlement in Bannerlord
